Opulent Mobility is an international annual exhibit that asks artists to re-imagine disability as opulent and powerful. In these shows we imagine a world where disability is celebrated instead of denied, ignored, and feared. These exhibits are curated by founder A. Laura Brody along with disability arts activist and photographer Anthony Tusler.
Action alerts from Disability Rights Education & Defense Fund to defend disability rights!
The open call for Opulent Mobility 2026 is on! Please share your work that re-imagines disability as opulent and powerful. This year, we are choosing to focus on disabled joy, because we cannot create a better world unless we imagine it first.

As always, thanks to the artists of Opulent Mobility- past, present, and future.
