On the day of the event, sign in 15 minutes early so we can figure out the tech stuff before the meeting starts. Once we've started, I will introduce you and the organization you want to sponsor, then turn it over to you.

ABOUT GENIUS TEATIME
Pamela Samuelson of Embodywork LA and I (A. Laura Brody of Opulent Mobility) are teaming up to co-host Genius Teatime, a weekly Zoom where you get to share your genius! It’s a series of talks from our community that help fund charities, our speakers, and accessibility features. Saturday afternoons from 3:30 – 4:30 PM starting February 11th. Contact me to sign up and learn about holistic birth care, herbalism, disability art, accessibility in education, gender affirming care, home cooking, the trouble with fast fashion, and so much more.
What can you give a 40 minute lecture on without any prep? Get in touch to become a speaker! It will be a 40 minute talk with a 20 minute Q and A and you’ll get a speaking fee from the donations for that week. Suggested donation of $10-30 USD, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. The money will go towards a different charity each week (chosen by our lecturer), to pay our speakers, and to accessibility features for Opulent Mobility. We’ll have automatic captioning, corrected captions on the archive videos, and ASL interpretation as soon as we can afford it.
